By the way, who is that dude at the very end of the video getting poked in the butt by Uncle Sam? I can’t place him. Any ideas?

Another Jib-jab success. In the greatest of political satire, no one is safe from their sharp wit.
Don’t know who the last person in the video is – but based on the “put yourself in the video” ad at the end, it may be a Jib-jab founder/employee.
